The Council have a main Council meeting once a month (excluding August and December). The Council also has five committees that meet less frequently throughout the year, they are the Personnel, Audit, Planning, Cemetery, Finance, Community, Development & Regeneration Committees and Youth and Children's Council Committee Meetings

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AT TOWN COUNCIL MEETINGS

Mold Town Council is committed to community engagement and warmly welcomes members of the public to attend its meetings.

In line with the Council’s Standing Orders, up to 15 minutes are allocated for Public Participation at the start of each meeting, with a maximum of 5 minutes per subject.

Those wishing to speak under Public Participation must:

  • Notify the Town Clerk of their intention to speak by 4.30pm on the day before the meeting.

  • Address all comments and questions through the Chair of the meeting.

Please note: The Town Council can only discuss, and take decisions on, matters listed on the published agenda. If no issues are raised, the formal Town Council meeting will begin at 6.00pm.
