The Council have a main Council meeting once a month (excluding August and December). The Council also has five committees that meet less frequently throughout the year, they are the Personnel, Audit, Planning, Cemetery and Community, Development & Regeneration Committees.
MEETINGS OF MOLD TOWN COUNCIL ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC –
AND YOU CAN HAVE YOUR SAY
Members of the public are entitled to attend the monthly meetings of the Town Council which are normally held on the evening of the last Wednesday in each month. Dates of the meetings of the Council are shown on this notice board.
The agenda for each forthcoming meeting will be displayed on the notice board in the Town Hall, the Town Council’s website. The Council hopes that as many members of the public as possible will take the opportunity to attend.
Mold residents will be able to speak during a 15 minute session immediately before meetings of the Town Council. There will be a maximum of 5 minutes allowed per person or subject matter (if more than one person wishes to speak on one issue).
Anyone wishing to speak at the Council meeting must give an indication to the Town Clerk by 4.30pm on the Tuesday of the week prior to the meeting. Further details on this or any aspect of the Council’s business can be obtained from the office on the first floor of the Town Hall.
